Registration fees:

Registration will include the Evening Reception, breakfast buffets, lunches and coffee breaks.

• Exhibitor Rate: $2,750 (includes table, two chairs and a trash can)
  • Please note: Freight and electric are not included and will be handled separately.)
• Attendee Rate: $900
• Additional Booth Attendee: $650 (Your 10x10 exhibit space includes two (2) registrations. Please make sure you register your booth personnel when registering).
• Spouse Rate: $350 (The spouse/guest rate will also include the Evening Reception, breakfast buffets, lunches and coffee breaks)
• Single Day Rate: $350

ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests for conference registrations received earlier than 60 days before the first day of posted conference dates, are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received between 59 and 30 prior to the conference start will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds of any kind within 30 days of the conference. Substitutions will be accepted without penalty. No-shows will be expected to pay their appropriate registration fee. ARFFWG reserves the right to cancel any conference if the number of registrants is insufficient. In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full. However, any costs incurred by the registrants such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
